The health and safety of our associates, clients and office visitors is our number one priority. We have been meeting as a leadership team about COVID-19 and are following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for best business practices. We will continue to monitor the situation.
OneTouchpoint has protection in place for its employees.
We are asking that employees continue to take precautions to remain healthy from any type of flu virus. This includes good hygiene habits such as washing their hands regularly, covering their mouth and nose when they sneeze or cough, avoiding touching their eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands, etc.
We’re asking employees to stay home if they’re sick to avoid spreading germs to their co-workers.
OneTouchPoint has a contingency plan, should there be any operational impact due to the coronavirus.
OneTouchPoint’s corporate team will assess and manage any potential impact of COVID-19. OneTouchPoint will work within our network of facilities and in coordination with customers to minimize disruption, depending on the specific facts and circumstances present at the time.
We urge everyone to monitor local governmental and WHO advice and notify/remind staff of recommendations not to travel to particular areas and of measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
