What You’ll Do & The Impact You’ll Make
Drive New Business Growth
- Identify, research, and engage high-value enterprise prospects using a deep understanding of their operational, marketing, and supply chain challenges.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships based on credibility, thought leadership, and shared success.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales efforts—from discovery and solution design to proposals, presentations, negotiation, and final implementation.
Deliver Strategic, Insight-Led Solutions
- Represent the full OneTouchPoint offering, including print manufacturing, technology platforms, fulfillment, kitting, marketing execution, and more.
- Develop solutions that help clients streamline workflows, reduce operating costs, modernize brand governance, and improve speed-to-market.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs—client services, implementation, operations, IT, and leadership—to ensure solutions are achievable, scalable, and exceptional.
Ensure a Stellar Client Experience
- Partner with implementation teams to guide new clients through onboarding and ensure success from day one.
- Maintain close alignment with Client Services to monitor performance, anticipate issues, and resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
- Serve as a trusted advisor who brings industry insights, best practices, and proactive recommendations to every client interaction.
Achieve Results that Matter
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, profitability targets, and new logo acquisition goals.
- Maintain an active, healthy pipeline through strategic outreach and strong territory/account management.
- Participate in ongoing development opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technology.
What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, confident, persuasive, and tailored to executive audiences.
- Strong experience with enterprise sales cycles, strategic account planning, and high-value solution selling.
- 6+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience, ideally with complex solutions or services.
- A track record of exceeding quotas and winning large, multi-stakeholder deals.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and strong digital communication skills.
- A curious, strategic, collaborative mindset with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Working Conditions

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Acquires new customers.
- Leads all aspects of the sales process, while calling upon other company sales resources to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.
- Sells the complete offering of company products and services. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Knowledge of specific vertical markets and internet infrastructure industry. Should have in-depth knowledge of the enterprise market and industries such as healthcare, retail, financial, and manufacturing.
- Assists with new customers’ implementation by directing company implementation resources and by managing customers’ expectations and satisfaction with the implementation.
- Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
- Works with Client Services to ensure customer satisfaction and service resolution objectives are met.
- Must be able to maintain organization, creativity, and professionalism in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Must have experience with development of proposals and presentations.
- Achieves assigned sales quota.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Achieves new account acquisition targets.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of sales/marketing strategic planning and campaign delivery.
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution recommended.
- Minimum 6 years of outside sales experience in business-to-business sales environment.
- Prior track record of achievement in sales position recommended.
- Good leadership skill and ability to be open-minded.
- PC proficient.
