The last couple weeks have been trying for all of us. I want you to know that you are not alone. We are all worried about friends, family, loved ones, schools, jobs, etc. COVID-19 impacts us all. We are monitoring the situation continually on both a national and state level and its changing and evolving all of the time.
All we can do now is act upon what we know today, and focus on making our workplace safe and helping our customers as they try to respond to these uncertain times themselves.
Here’s what we’re doing:
OneTouchPoint remains open and committed to continuing our level of service to each customer. Each of our six locations in Texas, Colorado, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Arizona and Ohio are open and ready to help with key communications and supply chain needs. We do work for many public and private companies including medical device manufacturers, healthcare companies, financial institutions and other manufacturers and service organizations looking to continue getting products, services and materials in the hands of those who need them.
If and when your state issues a shelter in place order, we will be exempt due to our position in the supply chain as an essential provider. We are here to help in any way we can.
At the same time, we are working hard to keep our employees safe. We have plans in place to protect our employees and limit the spread of disease. All employees who can work from home are now doing so and meetings are being held virtually. We have suspended all client, partner and non-essential site visits to our facilities.
Your message and focus may have changed, but our support hasn’t. Our network of nation-wide facilities is open and running. Our team is on call.
You can find our COVID-19 response here. We’ll continue to keep it updated as the situation evolves.
