At OneTouchPoint, we pride ourselves on the fact that we are always open. When the pandemic shuttered businesses in early 2020, our work with the healthcare, financial, and grocery industries established us as an essential business, which meant we were able to continue supporting our customers through this highly uncertain time. With more than 600 dedicated employees, 7 locations, and over 300 bindery and finishing devices at our disposal, we are always up and running and on call.
As part of our focus on reliability, we’re committed not only to being there but to doing things right. We’re always working hard to protect our clients’ data (and maintain high-level certifications), as well as provide high quality products and services. And with a 98 percent on-time delivery rate and a 99.9 percent accuracy rate, we’ve got a pretty good track record, if we do say so ourselves.

Community Involvement & Corporate Diversity
At OneTouchPoint, we take our role as one of the leading businesses and employers in each of our regions to heart. As such, we take great pride in supporting our local communities through a variety of activities such as fundraising events for the American Cancer Society, Salvation Army donations and involvement in their annual “Adopt a Family” program, donations to the local food pantries, and monetary or in-kind donations to local nonprofits.
