HIPAA/PHI Compliant

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act & Protected Health Information
HIPAA sets the standard for protecting sensitive patient data. Any company that deals with protected health information (PHI) must ensure that all the required physical, network, and process security measures are in place and followed.

3M™ MCS™ Warranty Certification​

At OneTouchPoint, we are proud to be certified by 3M as being able to offer the 3M™ MCS™ Warranty on finished 3M graphics that meets their exacting requirements. While this Certificate is not required by 3M, it does demonstrate our commitment to excellence, and helps give you greater peace of mind. We will supply you with the 3M MCS™ Warranty Certificate.

G7® Compliant

G7® is an industry-leading set of specifications from Idealliance® for achieving visual similarity across all print processes. It is a global standard widely used to measure the color accuracy on any output device. G7 Master Status indicates that the facility has calibrated certain equipment and systems to G7 gray balance and neutral tone curves and is capable of delivering G7 proofs and print products.


Using a G7 Certified System ensures the ability to operate a consistent G7-managed workflow, which has been proven to expand efficiencies, reduce costs of operation, and speed time to market of printed materials.

ISO 9000 Quality Management Standard

The ISO 9000 family addresses various aspects of quality management and contains some of ISO’s best known standards. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved. SOC 2 Compliant

Developed by the American Institute of CPAs, SOC 2 defines criteria for managing customer data. The goal of the audit, is to ensure that service providers are securely managing data to protect the interests of your organization. At OneTouchPoint, we conduct annual testing for compliance with applicable Security & Confidentiality controls as outlined within the SOC2 Type 2 framework.

HITRUST CSF Certified

HITRUST CSF Certified status demonstrates that the organization’s recurring mail platform and client vault network folders have met key regulations and industry-defined requirements and is appropriately managing risk. This achievement places OneTouchPoint in an elite group of organizations worldwide that have earned this certification.
