Dave Holland

Chief Executive Officer

Dave brings over 30 years of leadership experience to his role as CEO. Dave joined OneTouchPoint from DataSource. There he led the transformation of the organization from a training and fulfillment company into a managed marketing services provider for restaurants. Prior to Dave’s role at DataSource, he was President of Workflow Solutions, a printing, digital, and promotional outsourced products and services company. There, as CEO, he developed and implemented industry leading strategies that were aligned with rapidly changing printing and digital market needs. At OneTouchPoint his focus will be on brand reputation and positioning the company as a managed services provider supported by an integrated production network. David will home office out of the Hartland facility. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and taking in the best life has to offer.

Mike Crawley

Chief Financial Officer
Mike Crawley serves as the Chief Financial Officer for OneTouchPoint. Mike brings a wealth of experience from his 25 years in finance and accounting including 16 years at OneTouchPoint, as well as leadership roles at Benz, a leading North American manufacturer of Industrial Lubricants and GE Healthcare as Finance Manager in Magnetic Resonance. Prior to that, Mike was the Senior Financial Analyst at Trane in La Crosse, Wisconsin as well as the Commercial Finance Auditor at Wells Fargo, Milwaukee.
Joni-Diderrich

Joni Diderrich

Chief Commercial Officer
Joni serves as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing all aspects of OneTouchPoint’s enterprise sales team, strategies and plans. Joni is well known for leading sales expansion into key verticals and developing sales training and customer integration programs. Joni has held a variety of leadership roles during her tenure at OneTouchPoint, including Manager of Finishing & Distribution, VP of Client Services and Division President. Joni previously worked at Heckel’s Eagle River Marina as a Marketing Director. Joni holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She has a charismatic personality and a passion for keeping customers happy. She loves to share that passion (and her love of the Green Bay Packers) with everyone she works with. Joni lives in Sullivan, WI with her husband Steve and son Stevie.

Ian O'Brien

Chief Technology Officer

Ian O’Brien serves as the Chief Technology Officer for OneTouchPoint. He has over 30 years of technology and product experience and proven expertise in SaaS-based software product management, complex software integrations, data analytics and eCommerce solutions. Ian earned a bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. Throughout his tenure in the technology industry, Ian has held several executive positions, including CEO, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Product Officer, with companies supporting Manufacturing, Financial Services and Retail verticals.

Christine Kropp

President of Technology Solutions
Christine serves as the President of Technology Solutions at OneTouchPoint. Christine joined OneTouchPoint through the acquisition of Bluewater in February of 2020, where she founded and successfully led an agency that focused on servicing local marketing for multi-unit operations for 21 years. Prior to that, Christine held several different positions throughout the print and direct marketing vertical.
Aly Beveridge

Aly Beveridge

Vice President of Human Resources
Aly Beveridge serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. She joined OneTouchPoint in November of 2012. She is responsible for aligning all Human Resource functions, processes and procedures across the organization. She has implemented an annual Voice of Associate survey program, a consistent annual review process, and a succession planning process. Her focus is on building a strategic, centralized HR function to serve the needs of the business as a whole, and the more than 700 employees. Aly graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources, and prior to joining OTP, she worked at Froedtert Healthcare in their Talent Acquisition department. In her spare time she likes cheering on the Michigan State Spartans, Green Bay packers and Milwaukee Brewers. She also enjoys spending time at her family cottage on the lake in Escanaba, Michigan in the summers.
Scott Mollahan

Scott Mollahan

President, Alcohol & Beverage Division
Starting his career in sales at Wallace Computers and then moving onto Applied Graphics, Scott honed his ability to connect products with customers’ business needs. He developed a customer-driven mindset that ultimately led him to start Insight Resource Group (IRG), a purpose-built technology and services company serving the alcohol and beverage industry. He then spent the next 20+ years growing mindshare and market share. IRG manages all aspects of the Point of Sale business needs of alcohol and beverage clients, from technology-based coupon management, order aggregation, budget and allocation tracking system to design, production, and distribution of all aspects of the business, including displays, print and premiums.
Scott joined OTP in 2021 through the acquisition of IRG and serves as President of the Alcohol & Beverage Division. He is responsible for the sales and operations of the division.

Scott lives in Orinda, California, with his wife Valerie and their four children. He attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
