Dave brings over 30 years of leadership experience to his role as CEO. Dave joined OneTouchPoint from DataSource. There he led the transformation of the organization from a training and fulfillment company into a managed marketing services provider for restaurants. Prior to Dave’s role at DataSource, he was President of Workflow Solutions, a printing, digital, and promotional outsourced products and services company. There, as CEO, he developed and implemented industry leading strategies that were aligned with rapidly changing printing and digital market needs. At OneTouchPoint his focus will be on brand reputation and positioning the company as a managed services provider supported by an integrated production network. David will home office out of the Hartland facility. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends taking in the best life has to offer.
Mike Crawley serves as the Chief Financial Officer for OneTouchPoint. Mike brings a wealth of experience from his 25 years in finance and accounting including 16 years at OneTouchPoint, as well as leadership roles at Benz, a leading North American manufacturer of Industrial Lubricants and GE Healthcare as Finance Manager in Magnetic Resonance. Prior to that, Mike was the Senior Financial Analyst at Trane in La Crosse, Wisconsin as well as the Commercial Finance Auditor at Wells Fargo, Milwaukee.
A proven marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across multiple industries, Allison joins OneTouchPoint as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all aspects of marketing.
Prior to joining OneTouchPoint, Allison lead marketing for several organizations, including serving as Vice President of Marketing for privately-held goTransverse, a leading provider of subscription and consumption-based billing solutions, and Vice President of Marketing for Hearst-owned CDS Global, the worldwide leader in business process outsourcing for the publishing industry. She is a transformational leader with expertise in building high performing marketing organizations, She has held a variety of leadership roles in sales, partner channels, strategic alliances, demand generation & marketing for companies such as Dell, IBM/Lotus Development, and OpenText/Vignette.
She grew up in West Des Moines, Iowa, but has called Austin, Texas home for the past many years. She enjoys live music, BBQ, hiking, biking the trails, and traveling to cooler places in the summertime. She does not miss winter. She is married and has two sons.
Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as CIO. Mike grew up in the printing and technology world, starting his career at Quad/Graphics in IT and progressively taking on IT partnering responsibilities in the pre-press, job planning, scheduling, customer facing and commercial print areas of Quad Graphics. After 17 years, he made a stop in the consulting world and directed the project services offering for SafeNet consulting in Milwaukee. With ink in his blood, he returned to the printing and marketing world and joined OTP in November of 2017.
Mike is responsible for leading all IT strategies and execution for OTP from client facing development to ERP implementation including support and infrastructure.
Mike grew up in Wisconsin and lives in Sussex with his wife Stephanie and 3 kids, Annabelle, Josh and Matthew. Mike went to the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Computer Systems.
Johnny Weaver is the Senior Vice President of Operations for OneTouchPoint. Johnny is responsible for the operational direction of the platform, including process and productivity improvements and all cost-saving initiatives. Prior to his current role, he was the Vice President, Application Support Operations responsible for OTP’s ERP implementation as well as standardizing best practices across the divisions. Johnny brings over 18 years of print and production experience to his role. Johnny was a minority owner at Ginny’s Printing (now OTP’s Southwest Division) and served in a variety of roles across the organization, most recently as VP of Operations. His early career included work in graphic design and pre-production. Johnny has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife Kristin reside in Wisconsin and when not working he enjoys traveling.
Joni is well known in the platform for leading sales expansion into key verticals and developing sales training and customer integration programs. However, she has also been involved in many other aspects of the Midwest division. Joni has held a variety of leadership roles, including Manager of Finishing & Distribution and VP of Client Services. Joni previously worked at Heckel’s Eagle River Marina as a Marketing Director. Joni holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She has a charismatic personality and a passion for keeping customers happy. She is looking forward to sharing that passion (and her love of the Green Bay Packers) with an even broader audience in her new role. Joni lives in Sullivan, WI with her husband Steve and son Stevie.
Brian has joined OneTouchPoint (OTP) after seventeen years of highly successful sales and sales management experience. Brian joined OneTouchPoint with OTP's acquisition of PrintManagement, where he was an owner. Brian's expertise and entrepreneurial spirit began with a successful sales career at IBM and spanned a series of technology start-ups. During his tenure at PrintManagement in 2001 he led the transformation of the firm from a print distribution shop to a full-fledged, high-tech marketing services provider. Brian is a 1985 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In his spare time, Brian enjoys golf. Brian is married to Karen and has three children, Michael, Elley, and Nicholas.
Robert Gatz has joined the OTP team as the new President of OneTouchPoint Southwest.
With a diverse 20 plus year background in print and packaging, Robert has experience driving transformation via continuous improvement, and has provided leadership at RR Donnelley, WorkflowOne and CCL Industries. Most recently Robert was Vice President of Operations at Fischer Paper Products located in Antioch, IL.
Robert is a Wisconsin native, earned his BS degree at UW Stout in Graphic Communications and his MBA in Management at Eastern University. As the printing, packaging and cross media landscape has changed over the past 20 years, Robert has held a variety of leadership roles.
Robert is married and has a teenage daughter who is a USAG competitive gymnast.. The entire family enjoys domestic and international travel including finding all of the unique local/regional outdoor events. Outside of work, Robert enjoys woodworking, major home improvement projects and racking up the miles on his Harley Road King.
Chris Greene joined OneTouchPoint in November, 2014 as President of the Mountain States location in Denver. Prior to taking on this role he was with Xerox, managing the iGen sales efforts in the Western US. His previous leadership experience in the printing industry includes serving as President of Frederic Printing, a then Consolidated Graphics company in Denver for 11 years. During his tenure at Frederic, the company tripled in size and grew to be one of CGX’s most profitable operating companies. Chris is a proud graduate of the University of Iowa. He is married with three daughters. When not working he enjoys a good run, book and round of golf.
Aly Beveridge serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. She joined OneTouchPoint in November of 2012. Originally hired by the Midwest division, Aly currently oversees the HR functions for the company as a whole. She is responsible for aligning all Human Resource functions, processes and procedures across all divisions. She has implemented an annual Voice of Associate survey program, a consistent annual review process, and has implemented a succession planning process. Her focus is on building a strategic, centralized HR function to serve the needs of the business as a whole, and the more than 700 employees. Aly graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources, and prior to joining OTP, she worked at Froedtert Healthcare in their Talent Acquisition department. In her spare time she likes cheering on the Michigan State Spartans, Green Bay packers and Milwaukee Brewers. She also enjoys spending time at her family cottage on the lake in Escanaba, Michigan in the summers.
