Meet Cait H.
Title: Print Specialist
OTP Location: Denver, CO
Number of years at OTP: 8 months
Favorite thing about working at OTP: All the different projects I get to print and working on the HP 12000.
What is your favorite type of project to work on? Mailers – I think it’s interesting to see all the different states we send things to and the offers available. I also like working on local artist prints, we did a small calendar once and it was about birds in different places the artist made such beautiful drawings.
Fun fact: I love dad jokes. My favorite one is “What is the best 4 man rock group that doesn’t sing?”… “Mt. Rushmore”
Meet Jenny H.
Title: Digital Print Supervisor
OTP Location: Hartland, WI
Number of years with OTP: 11 years
Favorite thing about working at OTP: I really like the fact that the work changes every day. It never gets boring! We have a broad customer base and every one is different.
What is your favorite type of project to work on? I enjoy working on orders that need to run through the entire plant. We print the job, then send them to machine bindery for cutting or folding, and then they move to hand bindery for shrink wrap and boxing. I like to be able to provide the next department with enough lead time so that the order can be shipped on time. I need to make sure I have those jobs scheduled properly. It’s challenging some times, but is very rewarding when the orders are shipped on time or even early!
Fun fact: Last year I entered a contest and won the opportunity to have my photo taken with the winner of the IndyCar race at Road America! It was the chance of a lifetime! The driver, Josef Newgarden, also won the Indianapolis 500 this year so I guess my luck rubbed off.

Title: Digital/ Offset Press Manager
OTP Location: Austin, TX
Number of years with OTP: 16 years
Favorite thing about working at OTP: Probably has to be working with amazing people and knowing them individually.
What is your favorite type of project to work on? Has to be rush/hot jobs reason is that we all work as a team to get the product out on time and knowing that the customer is satisfied when they received their job on a quick turn.
Fun fact: Proposed: While working on a customer’s job, I was quality checking the work and noticed that the book we were printing was about the 1966 University of Texas Tower shooting. It was an interesting project and I had the opportunity to speak with the customer about it when he picked up the completed job.

Favorite thing about working at OTP: I enjoy digital work, it’s a faster pace and usually a steady workflow.
What is your favorite type of project to work on? I really enjoy trying to keep my machines running without downtime.
Fun fact: Proposed: I enjoy spending time with my family barbequing in the backyard and hiking to see the old stuff in Arizona.
