We are working with our team members, partners, board and customers as we work to continuously learn and evolve – moving closer to equality for all. Our current DEI initiatives include:

  • Promote and increase the participation of diverse suppliers in all purchasing and contractual business:
    • Corporate goal is that a minimum of 10% of all goods and services are acquired from diverse firms.
    • Maximum practicable opportunity is given to diverse businesses to participate as OneTouchPoint suppliers.
    • To date, approximately 8% of goods and services are acquired from diverse firms.
  • We have partnered with the National Training Institute on Race and Equity , and have launched implicit bias training / education for our executive team and senior management, and we will continue to provide training across our organization.
