OneTouchPoint divests their Austin location’s local accounts to PrintMailPro, a full-service commercial printer provider with offices in Austin, Texas and Dallas, Texas.
HARTLAND, Wis., Jan. 17, 2025 – OneTouchPoint (OTP), a leading technology, marketing and professional services company, announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent, projected to be finalized on January 24th, 2025, for the sale of a portion of their production equipment and local business accounts in Austin, Texas to PrintMailPro for an undisclosed sum. In addition to the divestiture, OneTouchPoint will enter into a production sourcing agreement with PrintMailPro. OneTouchPoint will retain key production equipment and contractual and/or national based accounts, which will shift to remaining OTP locations.
The divestiture allows OneTouchPoint to strategically redirect investment dollars and resources to advance its marketing technology platform, expand services, and invest further in onsite production equipment, continuing to position OTP as a best-in-class partner that supports its customers’ needs today – and tomorrow – across any channel.

OneTouchPoint expects minimal disruption, as the contractual and/or national based accounts transition to one of its other OneTouchPoint facilities. OneTouchPoint will retain some employees to ensure continuous, and seamless, support of the clients who will remain with the organization.
The production facility will remain open until such time business and the supporting employees can be transitioned to PrintMailPro.
