Favorite thing about working at OTP: Definitely the teamwork on the POD team, and the good people in the entire organization.
What sets OTP customer service apart? Our team collaborates and works closely, using in-depth knowledge of each client’s business needs and practices. We field rapid-fire requests every day and find a way to provide the best solutions to a growing number of customers.
Fun fact: I can swim a mile in about 30 minutes!

Favorite thing about working at OTP: OTP understands a work/life balance. Being a single mom, OTP has been flexible and understanding of my situation. I couldn’t trade that for anything :). I do also have some pretty great co-workers!

Fun fact: OTP is only my second job! I started as summer help while in high school spending most of my days filing and worked my way up to my current role.
