My favorite thing about working at OTP: The OneTouchPoint team! I have met some amazing people while working at OneTouchPoint.
A favorite feature of OTP’s onboarding process: My favorite part about the onboarding process is learning about a new customer, their industry, and all of their unique needs. Then the next steps of working through the process with them, from start to finish, and seeing the end users’ excited reaction to the outcome once we have a U.Connect site live and accepting orders!
Fun fact: I enjoy traveling and have all of the MLB parks on my bucket list!

Fun fact: I enjoy spending my free time with family, creating my next project in our woodworking shop and distilling my favorite spirits.

Favorite feature of OTP’s onboarding process: More times than not, a new customer or large project comes to OTP because the customer has some business pain points. Each implementation has its own unique challenges. After a new customer implementation or large project is completed and the customer thanks us for providing the tools and solutions that benefit both the customer and OTP is very satisfying.
Fun fact: Over the last two years, I have been taking ballroom dancing lessons (which started out way beyond my comfort zone) and enjoying it, LOL.
