OneTouchPoint, a connected brand experience company, today announced the appointment of Kari Ratkovich as Vice President, Head of Sales. Ratkovich brings more than 18 years of enterprise sales and leadership to the role, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable, scalable revenue growth.
Ratkovich joins OneTouchPoint from LocaliQ, where she served as Regional Sales Director leading enterprise revenue growth across regional, national, and multi-location clients. Known for her discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment, she has built a consistent record of exceeding revenue goals while scaling the teams and processes behind them.

In her new role, Ratkovich will own enterprise revenue strategy, new logo acquisition, and the continued development of OneTouchPoint’s sales team. She will partner closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure revenue targets are not only ambitious, but achievable and predictable.

Ratkovich holds an MBA from Upper Iowa University and a BA in Integrated Marketing from Simpson College. She serves on the Greater Des Moines Partnership Marketing Committee and is an active voice in regional marketing and innovation circles.
