HARTLAND, Wisconsin, December 31, 2021 – OneTouchPoint (OTP), a leading managed marketing services company, announced today that it has finalized the sale of a majority of their assets in Cincinnati, OH to Graphic Village for an undisclosed sum. The assets being divested include the production equipment and local business accounts. OneTouchPoint will retain enterprise accounts.
The divesture allows OneTouchPoint to focus investments and resources in supporting the full customer experience, distributed marketing services platform and expansion of technology-enabled solutions to the vertical markets supported.

OneTouchPoint expects minimal disruption, as enterprise accounts transition to one of their other seven nationwide facilities. OneTouchPoint will retain some employees to ensure continuous, and seamless, support of the clients who will remain with the organization.
The production facility will remain open to allow Graphic Village sufficient transition time to service and relocate equipment.
