At OneTouchPoint, we pride ourselves on being more than just a vendor but a partner for our clients. And we know that partnership starts with a comprehensive onboarding process. We understand that our success is tied directly to our customer’s success — and our onboarding team works hand-in-hand with each customer to ensure the successful launch of each project.
With over 50+ years of combined experience, our onboarding experts build a personalized plan for each client based on their specific solutions, services, and goals. We asked the onboarding team to share their favorite features of the OTP onboarding, what they enjoy most about working at OTP, and more.
Meet our amazing onboarding team:
Meet Amanda J.
Technology Sales Director & Project Management
Number of Years with OTP: 11
My favorite thing about working at OTP: The OneTouchPoint team! I have met some amazing people while working at OneTouchPoint.
A favorite feature of OTP’s onboarding process: My favorite part about the onboarding process is learning about a new customer, their industry, and all of their unique needs. Then the next steps of working through the process with them, from start to finish, and seeing the end users’ excited reaction to the outcome once we have a U.Connect site live and accepting orders!
Fun fact: I enjoy traveling and have all of the MLB parks on my bucket list!
Meet Chase M.
Technology Sales Director
Number of Years with OTP: 5
Favorite thing about working at OTP: Working with clients to meet their needs, problem-solving, and having a sense of achievement when the client is pleased with the results.
Favorite feature of OTP’s onboarding process: Demonstrating storefronts and assisting the sales rep in closing deals.
Fun fact: I enjoy spending my free time with family, creating my next project in our woodworking shop and distilling my favorite spirits.
Meet Steve H.
Vice President-Enterprise Implementation
Number of Years with OTP: 35
My favorite thing about working at OTP: Taking on special projects and creating business solutions for customers and OTP.
Favorite feature of OTP’s onboarding process: More times than not, a new customer or large project comes to OTP because the customer has some business pain points. Each implementation has its own unique challenges. After a new customer implementation or large project is completed and the customer thanks us for providing the tools and solutions that benefit both the customer and OTP is very satisfying.
Fun fact: Over the last two years, I have been taking ballroom dancing lessons (which started out way beyond my comfort zone) and enjoying it, LOL.
Our onboarding mission is simple. Communicate and provide clear, concise, and thorough plans that set every client up to achieve — and exceed — their goals. Amanda, Chase, and Steve believe your success is our success.
